• Do you have to strain to understand questions?

• Do you have difficulty hearing women's and children's voices?

• Do you hear well in quiet but have trouble hearing in noisy situations?

• Do people you talk to seem to mumble or not speak clearly?

• Do people complain that you turn the volume up too high?

• Do you pretend that you hear when you really do not?

• Would you accept help if you have a hearing loss?
