With an education in Marketing and Business along with 10 Years working for a hearing device manufacturer has enabled Carl to acquire vast knowledge about digital devices and software. Carl specializes in hearing tests, authorizing, dispensing and counseling in the use of hearing devices and assistive listening devices. Carl also writes articles on hearing loss and holds hearing loss seminars for social groups, rotary and Probus clubs upon request.

As an audiologist Karin specializes in the identification, assessment, non-medical treatment and rehabilitation of hearing difficulties in children and adults. She also prescribes, counsels and fits hearing and assistive listening devices. Karin had worked in a private clinic setting for 8 years prior to Cobourg.

Counseling is a valuable asset to Andréa’s experience. Andrea takes care of the fitting and dispensing of new hearing devices along with specializing in hearing tests, authorizing and counseling in the use of hearing devices and assistive listening devices.

Ashley coordinates all aspects of clinical, clerical, and purchasing duties. New orders are programmed and quality inspected by Ashley. Ashley has numerous years in working with digital devices and their use. Additionally, Ashley runs the fast track service area for repairs and walk-in programming.

Mandy has vast knowledge and education in visual merchandising and graphic design. Mandy coordinates seminars, marketing materials and promotions. Mandy is involved with the design and ad layouts for the company’s advertising and marketing strategies.

John graduated from George Brown College where he obtained his Hearing Instrument Specialist Diploma.  John has worked in various sectors of the Hearing field including private clinics and manufacturing.  John specializes in testing, authorizing, dispensing and counseling about hearing loss.

Stephanie creates the first impression at our Cobourg office.  Stephanie makes a positive impression on visitors and manages the work of all the staff.  Not only does Stephanie have multi tasking capabilities, her organizational and leadership skills ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
