"When I arrived in Brighton in 1994, I was looking for a Hearing Centre that was knowledgeable in the 'state-of-the art' with regard to hearing aids. Of all the hearing aid specialist I've seen, John Thistle has been the best in being very considerate and helpful with my hearing problems and is the first specialist who "LISTENS", and has learned to emote his voice so I can hear him. I can now go to music concerts and also watch DVD's on the television. I was not pressured to go for the digital, but with John's support and patience after almost a year, he has given me hope. "After many years of working with extremely loud aircraft engines I suffered a hearing loss. I had my hearing tested over the years but to no avail.
